Center Deliverable Names in 2D Visualization

Currently, the characters are 'left aligned' inside the deliverable squares. It would be nice to have them centered in the future.

Filter for: "All deliverables which finished a specific activities within a certain time"

One of our clients is interested to see a list of all deliverables which finished a specific activity e.g. within the last month. That filter should be placed on the deliverables page.

Allow editing/deleting of Notes on mobile while QA checklist is still a draft

Currently, users can not edit / delete Notes from QA checklists even if they did not upload them yet. It would be helpful to allow that until the QA checklist was uploaded to make sure users can correct mistakes easily.

Late calculation for unavailable activities

Once we offer different views onto the project data for different subcontractors, it might make sense to not mark activities as late if one of their predecessors is not done (causing the delay in the first place).
