Your ideas for Sablono

Idea from James Marsh (Mace). They do this manually now and would like to have an automated version. It does seem like Sablono will be sending too many emails, but they do receive a huge amount on a daily basis... Maybe still send emails if updates clearly do not reflect the amount of work to that was supposed to be executed.
