Show Team Logos on all Activity visualisations

From a lean perspective, I believe it is a lot more binding and fosters team comittment if the logos of the team are presented on the activities. And i will help resolve faults in Team assignments

Notify Main-contractor about late activities

If a Sub-contractor finishes an activity late, the main-contractor might want to know about it. We could send a digest email for this.
