Watermark in QA PDFs

We could add a watermark for rejected or draft into the existing QA PDFs.

When users forget to close their sessions we should show more indicators that sessions are still running, e.g.: In the menu On the Dashboard In the header-bar On Deliverables that still have unsaved changes...

Edit mode on Commercial Dashboard

Editing it quite prominent at the moment even though it should basically never be done after initial set-up. Maybe we should introduce a dedicated edit mode to hide it in the future.
