Restrict/Allow activities out-of-sequence

As a project manager I want to be able to specify which activities can be done out-of-sequence and which have to stick to the sequence, to make sure construction runs smoothly.

Give out of sequence pop-up a bit more weight

The idea is that users tend to answer 'yes' on pop-ups to simply get their job done. Maybe we could add a bit more weight to this by having them confirm that they really want to work out of sequence with e.g. their password.

Show "done out of sequence" badge on activities

Currently if an activity is done out of sequence that information is very much hidden in actual dates. We should add a more prominent badge to all activities which were done out of sequence. This is interesting for root cause analytics.

Automated NCR when working out of sequence

Our system could create an automated Note whenever someone starts/finishes an activity out of sequence (before all predecessors have been finished / approved). This would make it more transparent for managers when the process has not been followed...

OOS - Record "I want to work oos"

As a user I want to have a record that the team working out of sequence decided to do so: The idea would be to create a standard Note on activities which are started out of sequence.
