Make N/A for activities more accessible by moving it into the Details Overlay

Instead of hiding this option in a configuration workflow, we could allow users to toggle activities applicable directly in the Details Overlay. This would support use-cases with custom setup per deliverable a bit better.

Allow additional fields on deliverables

deliverables currently only have a name, a code, a description and some dates. I would like to add other fields like seq number, purchase order number, weight or squaremeters, a hyperlink to a PDF drawing or orhers.
