Filter notes based on Reporter's team

As a user, I would like to be able to filter notes on the Notes page based on the team who reported the issues. Currently, I need to do an export for multiple users rather than a single report.

Note list on Mobile app

As a quality focused user it is sometimes hard to find issues that I am searching for on the mobile app since they are always linked to activities instead of shown directly. I would wish for a Notes list as a separate tab on the mobile app.
