Improve UX of bulk progress update dialogue

Some ideas: Only show status change options which are available, e.g. not confirmation if activity does not need to be confirmed. Confirmation dialogue when changing progress backwards for some activities - Do you really want to...?

Add status "revision" - mainly for engineering deliverables

After an activity was confirmed already it might need to be re-opened due to a revision. I'd like to be able to document that in a new state: Revision. State changes would include:Confirmed -> RevisionRevision -> Waiting for Confirmation

Block available areas while activities are done in parallel

For activities which are planned in parallel it might happen that an available area isn't actually any longer since another team started working. We could include that info either on the Process Template (if activity 1 is started do not show paral...
