Only Project Admins should be able to edit Process Templates

Right now both Project Admins and Project Managers are able to create and edit Process Templates. Only Project Admins should be able to do that.

The list of Process Templates should not only show who and when it was created but also who and when it was last updated. That would make it easier to understand who worked on it in the past.

Things coming to mind might be: Trade - Could be used to group activities and show performances per trade, etc. Cost Codes - Could be used to group activities and understand ?? - ask Lukas again
