Your ideas for Sablono

Currently, if a QA checklist is attached to an Activity in the Process Template it becomes mandatory to fill on all activities.

In some project use-cases it would make sense if they would not be mandatory but rather optional so that e.g. only 20% could be checked.

This would include a now option in the Process Template: Mandatory vs. Optional.

If the QA is optional, users would see a prompt on the mobile app when reporting status on the activity and if they decide to not fill the QA the system would upload it with all items answered as "not checked".
