Trades should be able to create their own QA checklists

Currently, only Project Managers are able to create new QA checklists within a project. In the future we should give our users the possibility to appoint Trade Managers which are able to create QA checklists for their work without having access to all other features which are only available to Project Managers.

    Can we also allow Trade Manages (Subcontractors) to also view their progress of QA completion in a different/simpler interface than that of the Project Managers.


    If this can be complete they can drive their deliverables and track their progress in sync with the builder/project managers.
