Edit Note on mobile app

For some use-cases and especially so that subcontractors who are usually mobile users are able to edit mistakes done by them, it would be beneficial to offer the option to edit Notes reported by yourself directly on the mobile app.

Review checklists before being submitted by Execution team

As a user in the confirmation team, I would like to be able to review ongoing checklists. This allows me to have access to inspected line items by the Execution team without having to wait for them to submit it.
