Currently, our templates are project based and can be copied between projects.

In the future we should make the management of that process easier by creating company wide pools for all kind of templates which user can then either simply use in their project (while they are still centrally managed/changed) or create a project-based variation of the base template (so that they can be managed/changed by the project team). This should be applied to all templates:

• QA Checklists

• Note Templates

• Teams
