Make pictures mandatory for custom Checklist items

Similar to making some items mandatory within the QA checklists, an additional setting could be added that would request the user to take a picture or upload from the gallery to ensure the documentation process gathers all information necessary.

Actual Start date on QA PDFs

Would be useful for the exported audit trail to see the Actual Start date of the Activity on the QA PDFs as well.
