Every QA Checklist item has : YES / NO / Not checked
Additionally, there should be a "N/A" button

Current workaround have limitiations:

It´s possible to have "Not checked" for the execution team (through setttings), but this is not sufficient in hindsight.

Note templates make it easy to write N/A, but eventually this overshadows other, more meaningful, notes
