It would be beneficial to create zones on the construction site, and then allow all staff on site to report any H&S issues or maintenance issues they observe to be reported. This could be issued as an action to the main contractor, who can then issue to responsible trade, or preferably could be reported through a dropdown list of items (ie level 1, zone A - temporary lighting fault), this then notifies the temp electrics contractor of a fault. Photos to be issued of issue and rectification.

Sablono could then replace the current system of "near miss" reporting as items such as temp works, temp services or loose handrails, etc can be reported by staff and rectified as required

In this way we can also track maintenance of items on site, response times by contractors and adjust budget costs
