Replace Upcoming and Late by Activities and provide a filter

Upcoming and Late are very prominent and fixed filters. It could make sense to get rid of them and replace them by a single Activities tab instead. We could then provide filters for late / upcoming similar to all the other filters that we provide.

Show QR code scan everywhere on mobile app

Currently scanning a QR code is only possible once you see the other tabs as well. Actually you should be able to scan a QR from anywhere within the app instead.

Label for edited notes

I want to be able to understand which notes were edited. A first step would be to have a label "edited" in the web app, mobile app and on the pdfs.
