Problem
Currently when I look at Activities I can see only how many steps are there
There are many activities in there. Sometimes certain process steps have less steps, but take longer and vice versa. Looking at activity page one gets an impression that more steps --> Longer the process
Solution
To view activity page on bar chart page. This way
a) I can see activities on a timeline

My idea is to see something like this . Where One can see the activity and timeline and also the possibility to update it. Basically the information on your Bar Chart and Activities combined into 1 page.
This way
1. One can get a 'feeling of time' and can help project managers prioritize
2. As is mostly the case, some activities can be started only when certain activities before them are completed - Therefore, this view can give project managers an overview on bottlenecks

Hi Shiva,
what you are describing here kind of fits to what the Week Plan page is currently presenting. There, activities will be presented as longer bars if they are scheduled for more than one day.
The only difference to what you are proposing with your idea is that on the Week Plan activities are presented grouped in weeks while you would like to see them all at once, right?
We are currently planning to create a second version of the Week Plan page in Q4-2018. If you like, you can check it out before and provide feedback on what you would like to see different in that new version.
