Attaching PDFs in bulk to multiple activities as Notes

As an user I want to attach a PDF as a Note to multiple activities at the same time, just as I can do it for images. From Report Updates > Attach Notes to Activities .

Adding extra information to 'Notes'

Hi, I was thinking that it would be good if I could add information to the notes that been already created so it would be easier to track what is happening with particular obstruction or quality issue.

Include overall Notes Count into chart

We could include 2 more lines into the Notes-chart on the Dashboard: Overall Notes reported and Overall Notes closed - With those two information users would have a better overview about the quality of the project.

Maybe we should allow people to update existing issues and keep track of the updates in a "timeline" per issue, to make working with issues more flexible.

New Note state: Reviewed

As a manager I am only interested in the new information that was reported and I did not see yet. Therefore I would like to be able to mark a Note as reviewed and filter the list for it.
