It would be helpful if another user could respond to a quality issue / obstruction / note - with comments and photos - to respond to confirm that the obstruction / quality issue is now resolved and update what action has been taken. Or it may just be that a user needs to add an additional comment to say they are working on the issue and expect it to be resolved on x date.

It would be good for all comments / photos to display in an email chain style, so anyone can see the chain of updates altogether.
