Subcontractors are usually only interested in their own work, so we should provide them the possibility to only see deliverables and activities related to their team everywhere on the platform. Managers on the other hand are interested in everything, but even them might find it interesting to filter by specific teams to see the state of the work of their subcontractors separately.
Due to our experience in Lean Construction, it is not advisable because companies no longer see the impact of the delay on other companies.
