Due Dates for Specific States of a Deliverable

As a project manager I would like to set a date for a specific state of a deliverable, e.g. "The POD has to be delivered on 24th of September" - BUT deliver is not the last activity in the sequence, e.g. produce - dispatch - deliver - install - position - connect.
