In the future - instead of just sending emails with deliverables that are ready for a team to work on - we should provide every team a page on which they can see:

- Deliverables that they can work on based on the progress of their predecessors (incl. activity and deadline)

- Deliverables (activities) that they currently work on (in progress)

- Deliverables (activities) that they have completed in the last 5 days

- Maybe a Fastlane/Issue Lane for all Obstructions/Issues that were assigned to this team

This could look like a scrum board: To-Do. In Progress, Done

Additionally we could send digest emails for this content, so that people are reminded to visit the page and interact with it.
