Currently, when an activity with QA is rejected, all previously uploaded notes are all attached at the bottom of the report and the responsible team has to answer the full checklist a second time (including adding notes under the relevant checklist items) after working on outstanding issues in order for the exported report to show notes in the right place.

It would save a lot of time for the previous checklists notes to be automatically populated under the relevant checklist questions for the questions with no issues, and the question with issues to be blank to allow the responsible team to correct their QA on the new resubmitted checklist.
