We allow to raise quality issues on QA Checks and still to approve of the works.
I've come across "Approved with comments" as a status that seems to be best practice in projects.
Can we define a marker on QA Checklists as "Approved with Comments" automatically once there is a Quality Issue (or Obstruction) not info note?
