The current gantt chart feature displays a calculated % based number of activities (ie 1 complete activity out of 5 activities equals to 20%), can we modify the mechanics behind this calculation to be based of the durations rather than activity numbers (see file attached with examples). If this is successfully implemented, we should also be able to display and calculate the remaining duration fields to identify how much work is left. This will benefit planners especially and the wider team when analysing progress.
