Daily automated forecast

We could run a daily forecast each night for the full project based on:

  • Available since date if not started

  • Started date once started

  • Baseline date if in future

  • Today if baseline in past and not started

  • Look Ahead date if in future

  • Today if Look Ahead date in past and not started

Based on those rules we could forecast the whole job and provide estimated finish dates for the full project and even proposals on the Week Plan / Today app.

    Very good idea indeed David and i believe we are doing something similar on our end with some calculations we have
