Depending on the contract in the UK it might be that some clients are not "allowed" to talk to the SC directly but rather have to go through the MC. Hence, when including the client on QA we would need a privacy layer between clients Notes and QA answers and what the SC is allowed to see. Those would need to go through the MC first similar to internal/external Notes and QA between SC and MC for the client.
