Level of Detail: Week Plan per Level // Milestone

We should look at offering differently summarized views onto the Week Plan in the future as different parties are interested in different views, e.g.:

  • Project Structure Levels instead of Deliverables

  • Milestones instead of Activities

  • Teams instead of Activities

  • ...

    Hi David - discusisng this further with our Trades, they seem to be fond of an excel report we produced via Power BI listing the Milestone/Structure Levels down to Apartment level and then information such as Look Ahead Dates and Durations.

    Being able to filter by Trade and date range we were able to produce the report they wanted for them filter accordingly.

    The caveat here is that they can only see activities that have been edited in the week plan. If they have not been edited then we would need to default to baseline dates which can often be behind schedule.
