Easier interface for indicating Bank Holidays

It would be easier for the user to have a calendar-like tool, where the user could select which days are holidays or part of other non-working days. Attached is a template of what this could look like.

As a user I want to be able to repeat an excluded day yearly, so that I do not have to add Christmas multiple times.
