Adding a separation between the activity statistics on the left side of the dashboard would increase readability.

Either exclude "Budget for work in progress" from "Budget for remaining works" or not show it at all.

Add a sum below the "Achieved share of total budget" would show an overall weighted progress value for the whole project.
