Add sub-activities to existing activities from the template

While working with the Week Plan view I might want to add sub-activities to larger tasks defined in the Process Template to make sure everybody involved knows what to do next.

This offers PC users of main contractors the ability to view process templates and QA check sheets without the assistance of the workspace admin. the system should allow this on a view only function, no editing permitted below admin level

Late calculation for unavailable activities

Once we offer different views onto the project data for different subcontractors, it might make sense to not mark activities as late if one of their predecessors is not done (causing the delay in the first place).

Give out of sequence pop-up a bit more weight

The idea is that users tend to answer 'yes' on pop-ups to simply get their job done. Maybe we could add a bit more weight to this by having them confirm that they really want to work out of sequence with e.g. their password.
