Activity dependencies +/- time

I want to be able to define a delay between 2 activities in my template to not have to use waiting activities which are not really intuitive.

Notify following trade if only if all predecessors are done

While looking at a graph of activities currently the successor of e.g. 3 predecessors is notified whenever any one of those marks their work complete. In the future we should only notify him once all predecessors did their job.
