Ask whether open Obstructions should be closed when trade reports finish

Whenever a team reports "finished" on activities the Today app could ask if open Obstructions that the team is either responsible for or reported should be closed.

Make available feature

It might be interesting in the future to support a manual "make available" workflow. This might be a work-around for the Look Ahead sequence challenges.

Request for update through Today app

Project managers still need to remind people to update regularly. Maybe we should create a workflow like our RfU email but linked to the Today app directly in the future.
